국문 초록

스포츠(sports)는 국민의 건강하고 행복한 인생을 살아가는데 필요한 활동으로 헌법에서 보장하고 있다. 이러한 스포츠는 서로 다른 종교, 출신, 인종들을 하나로 만들어 주는 특수한 영역이라고 할 수 있다. 대표적인 스포츠는 많은 사람이 참여하는 올림픽과 같이 국제올림픽위원회가 주관하는 대회나 월드컵과 같이 국제축구연맹이 주관하는 대회가 대표적이다. 수많은 스포츠 종목에서 축구는 지구촌 최고의 인기 스포츠이다. 전 세계에서 가장 많은 나라에서 축구를 즐기고 있으며, 아무리 인구가 적고 열악한 국가라도 축구 국가대표팀이 있다. 이같이 축구가 인기가 높은 이유는 규칙과 공간과 인원의 융통성을 발휘할 수 있고, 초보자들만으로도 게임이 성립되기 쉬운 스포츠이기 때문이다. 이렇듯 많은 인기를 얻고 있는 축구이지만 동전의 양면과 같이 리그에서 선수와 선수, 선수와 관중, 관중과 관중 사이에 감정이 격해져 서로 충돌하는 모습을 종종 볼 수 있다. 이 과정에서 피부색과 출신 등의 차이를 이유로 인종차별적 발언이나 행동으로 인해 충돌할 때는 그 문제가 더욱 심각해진다. 국제 스포츠 단체도 인종차별행위를 근절하기 위해 적극적인 조치를 하고 있으며, 인종차별행위가 더 다른 나라에서의 문제만은 아니라고 할 것이다. 축구에서의 인종차별행위는 주로 SNS에서 발생하며, 유색인종에 대한 비난이 대부분이었다. 이에 축구 경기에서 인종차별을 없애기 위해서 축구협회 등이 실시해야 개선책으로 SNS 관련 회사와의 제휴를 통한 인종차별 게시물 방지 시스템과 서포터를 향한 인종차별금지에 관한 계몽 활동이 필요하다고 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Sports are necessary to live a healthy and happy life of the people. These sports are special areas that bring different religions, origins and races together. Representative sports are the Olympics and the World Cup, in which many people participate. Football is the most popular sports game. The people of the most countries in the world are enjoying soccer. Even in countries where the population is small, soccer has a national football team. The reason why football is so popular is that even beginners can play games easily. This is a football that has gained a lot of popularity, but you can see how it collides with players and players in the league, players and spectators, and spectators and spectators. In this process, racism is performed on the basis of differences in skin color and origin. International sports organizations are also taking positive measures to eradicate racism. So racism is no longer just a problem in other countries. Racism in football is mainly caused by social networking sites and is due to people of color.
