국문 초록

비탄화 식물유체가 한반도의 습지를 제외한 일반 乾地遺蹟에서 잔존하기란 매우 어렵다. 하지만 일반 건지유적에서 동물과 식물에 의해 후대 혼입되거나 교란된 비탄화 식물유체가 검출되곤 한다. 이런 종자 교란 현상의 원인에 대해 익산 장신리유적에서 관찰된 짱구개미(Messor aciculatus)의 종자모집 활동은 유적에서 발생하는 종자교란의 실증을 제공하고 있다. 따라서 지금까지 건지유적에서 검출된 비탄화 종자는 대부분 교란으로 간주할 수 있으며, 고식물(種子)분석에서 반드시 제외되어야 한다. 기존 5科 8種의 초본류만 알려진 개미의 종자는 재동정하여 6科 13종의 초본류와 1종의 목본류 종자가 추가된 다. 이들 종자류는 교란된 식생환경에서 서식하는 소위 문화지표식물 이라 인식하는 것들로 분석 여 부와 해석에 오류를 범할 수 있다. 그렇기 때문에 유적조사에서는 식물유체의 보존환경과 교란요소를 함께 고려하여 분석대상의 신뢰성을 확실히 보증해야 한다.

영문 초록

Remains of vegetation that has been gotten mingled or contaminated in later generations due to faunalturbation and floralturbation have been unearthed from many common dry sites. Since, however, it is extremely rare to see remains of vegetation left in uncharred state as part of the remains of settlements except for the marshy land in the Korean peninsular which belongs to the temperate zone, the uncharred seeds that have so far been unearthed might be regarded to have resulted mostly from contamination. The doubtful point of question for such phenomenon of uncharred seed contamination grounds upon the evidence of seed contamination that was found to occur in the seed collection activity of harvesting ants(Messor aciculatus) as reported from the Jangsin-ri site. The existing category for seed of herbaceous plants in 5 families 8 species was added up with herbs of 6 families and 13 species as well as one species of woody plants. As these seeds are almost identical with the uncharred seeds excavated from the sites and are contaminated ones, they shall not be taken into account in the analysis of palaeophyte.
