국문 초록

본 연구는 핵심변수인 컨벤션 산업 종사자의 전문성 인식이 직무만족, 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 관련 선행연구들을 중심으로 실증연구와 문헌분석연구를 병행하여 진행 되었다. 또한 상기 변수들에 대한 이론적 배경을 통해 본 연구의 가설과 연구모형을 도출하였고, 이에 따라 실증분석을 통하여 연구모형에서 제시한 가설을 검증 하였다. 본 연구의 설문은 인구통계학적 특성을 포함하여 2019년 5월 10일부터 6월 10일까지, 약 30일 동안 실시되었으며 조사 대상은 대구·경북에 거주하면서 컨벤션 산업에 종사하는 193명을 대상으로 진행하였다. 첫째, 컨벤션 산업 종사자의 전문성 인식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에서는 전문지식이 가장 높은 영향을 보이고 있으며, 이어서 문제해결, 전문경험 순으로 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 컨벤션 산업 종사자의 전문성 인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서는 문제해결이 가장 높은 관계를 보이고 있으며, 이어서 전문지식, 전문경험 순으로 직무만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 컨벤션 산업 종사자의 직무만족이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서는 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

In this study, the literature study and the empirical analysis study were carried out in order to achieve the purpose of the study on the effect of professionalism perception of the convention industry, which is a core variable, on job satisfaction and job commitment. In addition, the model and the research hypothesis of this study were derived from the theoretical considerations of the above variables, and the research hypothesis proved through empirical analysis. The survey was conducted for about 30 days from May 10 to June 10, 2019, including demographic characteristics. The survey was conducted on 193 people who lived in Daegu and Gyeongbuk and worked in the convention industry. First, in the effect of the professionalism of the convention industry on job satisfaction, professional knowledge showed the highest influence, followed by problem solving and professional experience in order to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, problem-solving showed the highest relationship in the impact of professionalism of convention industry on organizational commitment, followed by professional knowledge and professional experience, which had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, the effect of job satisfaction of convention industry workers on organizational commitment was found to affect job satisfaction.
