국문 초록

경제가 발전함에 따라서 신선한 농산물에 대한 수요와 물류서비스에 대한 소비자의 요구가 증가하며 이에 따른 고부가가치 물류수요도 증가해왔다. 농산물 콜드체인 물류는 신선도를 유지해야 하는 것이 매우 중요하고 이를 위하여 다른 상품들과는 차별화되는 차원에서 기술요인, 사회환경요인, 정부정책요인, 경제요인 등 여러 가지 요인에서 영향을 받는다. 이러한 사안들은 농산물 콜드체인 물류의 발전에 큰 영향을 미치게 되고 이러한 요인들에 대한 중요도를 평가할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 먼저 선행연구를 검토하고 빈번하게 사용된 영향요인을 도출하고 업계 전문가의 경험과 지식에 의해 제시된 요인에 대한 평가를 수행하였다. 평가결과는 AHP 기법에 의해 분석되었으며, 콜드체인 물류 발전의 영향요인의 중요성에 대한 우선순위를 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 중요성-만족도 조사결과를 결합하여 시급하게 개선해야 할 사항을 파악하고 중국 농산물 콜드체인 물류 향후의 발전방향을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구는 중국 농산물 콜드체인 물류가 가장 활발한 지역인 화동지역에서 위치한 산동성, 푸젠성, 상하이를 선택하여 기업환경에 있어 만족도 조사결과를 통해 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에서 가장 큰 의의가 있다. AHP 기법을 통해 사회환경요인이 중국 농산물 콜드체인 물류의 발전에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요인으로 분석되었고 IPA 분석결과를 결합하여 중국 농산물 콜드체인 발전에 필요한 방향을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

With the development of economy, the demand for freshness and safety of agricultural products is getting higher. With the attention of the government and the society, the cold chain logistics of agricultural products has been developed rapidly. The cold chain logistics of agricultural products is affected by many factors, such as technology, social environment, government policy, economy and so on. These factors directly determine the development of agricultural products cold chain logistics. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the influencing factors. Therefore, this paper first explores the pilot study, the impact of the factors often used in the pilot study, and the factors of intuitive evaluation based on experiences and knowledge of experts in the industry. The evaluation result is analyzed based on AHP method, and the importance of the factors influencing the development of agricultural logistics is revealed. On the basis of this, combining the survey results of importance and satisfaction, the paper holds the urgent need for improvement and explores the future development direction of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China. This research chose Shandong, Fujian, and Shanghai provinces which are the most active cold chain logistics regions of agricultural products in China, to investigate the enterprise satisfaction with current logistical activities. This paper analyzes that the social environmental factors are the most important factors that affect the development of China’s agricultural cold chain logistics by AHP method, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions on the development of China’s agricultural cold chain based on IPA analysis.
