단서활용이론 기반의 화물운송서비스 고객만족과 재이용의도에 대한 영향요인 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 물류기능에서 상대적으로 중요성이 높은 운송기능의 서비스 제공을 주된 사업으로 하는 국내 육상화물 운송서비스기업의 서비스 경쟁력 제고를 위한 현실성 있는 마케팅 전략적 시사점의 제시에 연구목적을 두고 있다. 선행연구 검토결과, 물류산업 분야에 대한 기존연구는 택배, 수출입운송, 국제물류, 물류아웃소싱, 제3자물류, SCM 등과 같은 연구 분야가 주를 이루고 있고, 따라서 상대적으로 육상화물 운송서비스 분야에 대한 연구는 크게 주목받지 못해 온 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 한국의 운송물류산업에 있어서 전통적인 운송서비스의 영역이라고 할 수 있는, 국내 정기노선 화물운송서비스를 제공하고 있는 육상화물 운송기업을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 표본추출은 정기노선 화물운송서비스 분야에서 대표성을 가진 기업인 D사의 전국 687개 영업소의 화물운송서비스를 이용하는 B2B 화주와 개인고객을 대상으로 하였다. 이를 위해, 단서활용이론(Cue Utilization Theory)과 이에 기반 한 기존연구들에서 관련 변수들 간의 연구결과에 근거해 화물운송서비스 분야에 부합하는 연구모형을 수립하였다. 변수간의 인과관계 규명을 위해 공분산 구조방정식모델(CB-SEM: Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling)로 연구모형을 수립하고 실증분석이 이루어졌다. 연구결과를 요약해 보면, 첫째, 화물운송서비스의 외재적 단서는 고객만족과 재이용의도에 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 화물운송서비스의 내재적 단서는 고객만족과 재 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 셋째, 화물운송서비스의 고객만족은 재이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify the influence that the intrinsic and extrinsic cues have affected to shipper’s satisfaction and repurchase intention targeting logistics companies providing domestic land transport service. Also this study intended to verify the structure mechanism that these factors have influenced to the shipper’s satisfaction and repurchase intention and to suggest meaningful implications to the establishment of marketing strategy of transport logistics company. For this, we selected the variables which were applied to existing marketing study through literature review, the sampling was conducted targeting the shippers using land transport service of Daesin Parcel Services, Inc. which is the representative enterprise in the field of land transport service. About 1,365 copies of questionnaires were distributed to Daesin Parcel Services, Inc. We realized CB-SEM (Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling) on the causal relationship between variables for research model and conducted the empirical analysis. For the data analysis, various statistical techniques were employed, including frequency analysis, factor analysis (EFA, CFA), and path analysis and so on. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, results have shown that extrinsic cues did not necessarily influence on shipper’s satisfaction and repurchase intention. Second, shippers using land transport service, intrinsic cues had a positive effect on shipper’s satisfaction and repurchase intention. Third, shipper’s satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention. It is meaningful in that this study can provide the foundation for more practical marketing strategy setting in order to enhance shipper’s satisfaction and repurchase intention of land transport service companies of which research used to lack relatively compared to its importance within logistics industry.
