국문 초록

국내 출판유통업계에 서점, 도매상 등의 부도 소식이 전해질 때마다 항상 어음결제 문제는 빠지지 않고 거론되었다. 이에 본 연구는 출판유통 생태계의 어음거래 동향, 출판유통 구조와 공급·판매·결제 방식, 출판유통 어음거래 실태와 문제점을 연구하고 출판유통 채널의 균형 발전을 위한 개선 방안 마련하는데 목적을 두었다. 출판유통 생태계의 본질적인 문제점들이 개선되지 않고 반복적으로 발생한 원인에는 어음결제 문제, 주먹구구식 유통관리, 업체 간 불공평‧불공정거래 등이 자리 잡고 있기때문이다. 이에 산업 일반의 어음거래 동향에 비추어 출판유통 구조,어음거래 특징과 규모를 조사하고 종사자들의 인식을 종합적으로 분석해 개선 방안을 찾고자 했다. 따라서 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 급변하는 유통 환경과 핀테크 환경에서 출판유통 선진화를 위해 출판물 위탁판매에 따른 어음 결제 관행의 개선과 시스템 마련을 위한 정책 방안의 제시하고자 했다.

영문 초록

The issue of bill payment was always mentioned whenever there were bankruptcies of bookstores and wholesalers. In response, this research aims to find out the status of the bill transaction and come up with measures to improve the issue for the advancement of the publishing and distribution industries. Some of the reasons why fundamental problems in the publishing and distribution industry have occurred repeatedly without improvement include the payment of bills and the problems of payment methods, the poor management of the distribution and unfair transactions among companies. Accordingly, the paper aims to examine the structure of publication and distribution, characteristics and the size of bill transactions in light of the trend of the bill transactions by the general public, and to come up with measures to improve the situation by comprehensively analyzing the perceptions of the workers. In addition, this paper presents policy plans for improving promissory notes payment practices by consignment sales of publications and preparing a system in order to advance publishing distribution in the rapidly changing distribution environment and FinTech environment in the 4th Industrial Revolution.
