영문 초록

Access to Arabic local content through various OTT platforms is easier than ever, various new Arabic contents are developing. The article classifying the cultural codes of TV dramas and films produced by the Arab countries that are being aired, and analyzed how to build their own Arab images, after adopts OTT platform, especially Netflix as an important medium of popular culture consumption. By attempt to escape the image of particularity and exception to Arab and Islamic Images due to Orientalism, this article is meaningful to explore the possibility of transforming the standardized way of thinking about the Arab image that can be viewed on the basis of generality and universality.
