예비창업자의 역경지수가 창업지향성, 학습지향성, 창업의도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비창업자의 창업 의사결정을 지원하고 창업동기를 부여할 심리적 요인들을 탐색하기 위해 역경지수가 창업지향 성, 학습지향성, 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 이론적 배경에 기반 하여 연구모형과 가설을 도출하고, 예비창 업자인 직장인을 대상으로 설문조사에 의한 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 예비창업자의 역경 지수는 통제력, 주인의식, 도달범위, 지속성으로 구성되는 다차원 특성을 보였다. 둘째, 예비창업자의 역경지수 중 주인의식, 도달 범위, 지속성은 창업지향성과 학습지향성에 각각 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 예비창업자의 창업지향성은 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 예비창업자의 학습지향성은 창업의도에 정(+)의 영향을 주었다. 이와 같은 결과는 예비창업자의 창업지향성과 학습지향성은 창업의도를 촉진하는 중요한 역할을 하며, 창업지향성과 학습지향성을 높이기 위해서는 주인의식, 도달범위, 지속성의 역량이 요구된다는 것을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the effect of the hardship index on entrepreneurial orientation, learning orientation and entrepreneurship intention to explore the psychological elements to support and motivate prospective start-ups’ decision to start the enterprise. In order to achieve the goal of the research, we derived the research model and hypotheses based on the theoretical background; then we executed empirical research by conducting survey on the employees interested in the start-up. The summary of the empirical research is summarized as below. First, prospective start-ups’ hardship index displayed multi-dimensional characteristic that consists controllability, ownership, reach, and endurance. Second, ownership, reach, endurance among the component of the prospective start-ups’ hardship index had a positive effect on entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation, respectively. Third, the entrepreneurial orientation of the prospective start-ups had a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention. Fourth, the learning orientation of the prospective start-ups had a positive effect on entrepreneurship intention. Such outcome suggests entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation of prospective start-ups play crucial role in promoting entrepreneurship intention, and implies that to elevate entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation, ownership, reach, and endurance are required.
