국문 초록

기업이 빠르게 변화하는 무역 패러다임안에서 환경규제에 적절한 시기에 대응하지 못한다면 관세를 징수당하거나 벌금을 내는등 비용적인 측면의 손해와 수출시장에 진출함에 있어 비관세 장벽으로써 기업에게 진출 장벽으로 작용된다. 친환경공급체인관리 (Green Supply Chain management)의 도입이 불가피해진 이유는 이러한 추후에 발생 가능한 여러 위험에 노출될 수 있기 때문이 다. 친환경공급체인관리(Green SCM)란 친환경적인 요소를 고려한 자재구매활동부터 생산 및 자재관리, 유통 및 마케팅까지 배출 물, 위험 폐기물, 유해 화학물질 등과 같은 요소들을 제거하거나 최소화시키고 이러한 과정에서 공급업체 및 고객사와의 환경적 협력을 하는 기업의 내부적 및 외부적 환경경영활동이다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구에서는 수출입기업이 제도적 압력 관점에서 친환경공급체인관리(Green SCM) 도입요인에 의한 친환경 공급체인관리(Green SCM) 활용수준을 파악하고, 이를 통해 기업이 어떠한 재무적, 환경적, 운영적 성과를 거두는지에 대해 알아볼 것이며 아울러 친환경공급체인관리(Green SCM) 도입요인과 친환경공급체인관리(Green SCM) 활용의 영향경로에서 수출기간의 조절효과에 대해 분석하였다.

영문 초록

As global warming accelerates, the situation requires worldwide environment improvement effort in all areas including environment related area. According to this trend, number of environmental treaties and regulations being adopted by countries worldwide is also increasing. However, unlike such original intention, environmental treaties and regulations are acting as another trade barrier. Green SCM considers environment-friendly factors for the business process of material purchase activity, production, material management, distribution, and marketing to remove or minimize factors such as emission, hazardous waste, harmful chemical substance, etc. and is the company’s internal⋅external environmental management activities to perform environmental cooperation with suppliers and customers during such business process. Results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, Customer needs on the supplier or manufacturer had a positive effect on utilizing the company’s internal and external environmental management. Second, Government regulation on the supplier or manufacturer does not have a significant effect on the internal environmental management but it had a positive effect on utilizing external environmental management. Third, Mimetic isomorphism of competitor on the company had a positive effect on utilizing the company’s internal and external environmental management. Fourth, the company’s internal environmental management had a positive effect on the result of Green SCM. Fifth, the company’s external environmental management does not have a significant effect on the financial Performance from the Green SCM result but had a positive effect on the environmental and operational Performance. Sixth, as a result of analyzing the regulation effect of the export period, export period had a regulatory role when the company utilizes internal environmental management due to imitative isomorphism and utilizes external environmental management due to government regulation in this study’s pathway.
