직무만족도 및 기업가정신이 HYBRID 창업의도에 미치는 영향 : 창업 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록

정부는 활발한 창업을 통해 경제를 성장시키고 일자리를 늘려야 하지만 기대만큼의 성과를 내지는 못하고 있다. 가장 중요한 장애요인 중 하나는 창업실패에 대한 두려움으로 조사되고 있다. 이에 대한 대안 중 하나로 Hybrid 창업을 생각해 볼 수 있다. 유럽지역에서는 Hybrid 창업이 흔하게 발생하고 있다. 국내에서도 이미 통계적으로 의미 있는 수준에 도달해 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 직장인을 대상으로 직무만족과 기업가정신이 Hybrid 창업의도에 미치는 영향과 창업 자기효능감의 매개역할에 대하여 연구하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직장인의 직무만족도가 낮을수록 Hybrid 창업의도가 높아졌다. 근로시간 적합도보다는 임금의 공정성에 대한 생각이 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 직장인의 기업가정신이 높을수록 Hybrid 창업의도가 높아졌다. 혁신 보다는 위험감수성이 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 창업 자기효능감은 기업가정신과 Hybrid 창업의도 간에 매개역할을 수행하였다. 마지막으로 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The government should grow the economy and increase jobs through active entrepreneurship, but it is not making as much progress as expected. One of the most important hurdles is the fear of a startup failure. One alternative to this is to think about Hybrid startup. Hybrid start-ups are common in Europe. It has already reached a statistically significant level in Korea. In this study, we studied job satisfaction and the impact of entrepreneurship on Hybrid start-up intentions and the role of self-efficacy in the start-up. The results of the study are as follows. First, the lower the job satisfaction level of the employees, the higher the degree of Hybrid start-up. Opinions on the fairness of wages had a greater impact than the appropriateness of working hours. Second, the higher the entrepreneurship of workers, the higher the degree of Hybrid start-up. Risk-taking has had a greater impact than innovation. Third, the sense of selfefficacy of start-up has been mediated between entrepreneurship and the degree of Hybrid start-up. Finally, the implications were presented based on the research results.
