국문 초록

본 연구는 공급사슬 구성기업들 간의 의존성, 관계품질, 사회적 자본 간의 관계를 연구하는 것이 가장 큰 목적이디. 이를 위하여 제조기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 연구항목들에 대한 신뢰성과 타당성 분석을 시행하여 기준치를 만족하는 연구항목들을 이용하여 연구가설의 검정을 시행하였다. 먼저 의존성으로서 공급자 의존성은 관계품질로서 신뢰와 결속에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나며, 구매자 의존성 역시 신뢰와 결속에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다. 그리고 관계품질로서 신뢰는 인지적 자본에 유의한 정(+) 의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나며, 결속은 관계적 자본과 인지적 자본에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다. 또한 관계품질로서 신뢰와 결속은 공급자 의존성과 구매자 의존성으로서의 의존성과 구조적 자본, 관계적 자본, 인지적 자본으로서 사회적 자본 사이에서 부분적으로 매개변수로서의 역할을 하는 것으로 검정되었다. 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 거래기업에 대한 의존성 지각의 중요성이다. 이러한 의존성의 지각은 다른 거래 기업들과의 거래관계 유지를 위한 가장 기본적인 요인으로 작용하기 마련이다. 다른 기업들에 대한 의존성 지각 상황에서 거래관계를 지속적으로 유지하기 위해서는 다른 거래기업들과 신뢰 및 결속관계를 구축할 필요성이 있다. 또한 관계품질로서 신뢰와 결속의 수준이 높다면 다른 거래기업들과 사회적 자본으로서 구조적 자본, 관계적 자본, 인지적 자본의 수준을 제고할 수 있음을 제시한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between dependency, quality of relationship, and social capital among supply chain constituents. To do this, a questionnaire survey was conducted on domestic companies. The reliability and validity of the research items were analyzed and path analysis was conducted to test the research hypotheses using research items that met the standard values. First, supplier dependency as a dependency has a positive (+) influence on trust and bond as a relationship quality, and buyer dependency has a positive (+) influence on trust and bond. In addition, trust as a relationship quality was positively positive only to cognitive capital, and bond was tested to have a positive (+) effect on relational capital and cognitive capital. In addition, trust and solidarity as a relationship quality are tested as partly as a parameter between the dependency as supplier dependence and buyer dependence and structural capital, relational capital, and social capital as cognitive capital. The implications of the study are summarized as follows. The importance of perceived dependence on trading companies. This perception of dependency is the most fundamental factor for maintaining business relations with other trading companies. Dependence on other companies In order to keep the relationship constant in a perceived situation, it is necessary to establish a trust and bond relationship with other trading companies. In addition, if the level of trust and solidarity as the relationship quality is high, it is found that the level of structural capital, relational capital, and cognitive capital can be raised as social capital with other trading companies.
