영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to estimate the housing demand for the aged and to establish the supply plan of housing for the aged in Seoul. In order to achieve this study, we have restricted the spatial scope with rental housing in SH corporation. For this study, we used the method of a documentary and an internet research to acquire the data needed. and we adopted descriptive method to analyze the data. As a result, we expected that total demand of housing for the aged was about 47,000 housing unit. Supply scheme of the housing for the aged is followings ; we should exchange a few of new rental housing with housing for the aged(14,345 housing unit until 2020), a few of permanent rental housing and public rental housing which the aged are living with housing for the aged(3,360 housing unit), and a few of permanent rental housing and public rental housing which are beyond 35㎡ with housing for the aged(1,110 housing unit).
