국문 초록

이 연구는 한국여성정책연구원에서 2015년에 실시한 전국다문화가족 실태조사에서 제시된 2차 자료를 분석하였다. 다문화가족 청소년의 사회적 차별경험이 학교 폭력범죄 피해에 미치는 영향을 우울감과 학교적응의 이중매개효과 분석과 사회적 지지의 조절효과 분석을 통하여 살펴보았다. 다문화기족이라는 이유로 겪게 되는 사회적 차별을 긴장을 유발시키거나 취약성을 만드는 중요한 원인행위로 보고 이를 독립변수로 설정하였고, 우울감과 학교적응의 매개여부를 각각 알아본 후에 우울감과 학교적응이 독립변수인 사회적 차별경험과 종속변수인 학교 폭력범죄 피해와의 사이에 이중매개효과를 가지는지 검증하였다. 또한 우울감과 학교적응사이에 사회적 지지가 조절하는지를 검증하였다. 이중매개효과에 대한 검증결과에서는 다문화가족 청소년의 차별경험이 학교 폭력범죄 피해와 직접적인 영향은 없었으나, 우울감과 학교적응을 매개로 학교 폭력범죄 피해에 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조절효과에 대한 검증결과에서는 사회적 지지의 조절효과가 유의미하게 있음이 나타났다. 이를 토대로 사회적 차별에 대한 경각심을 일깨우는 학교교육의 강화와 국민적 공감대, 그리고 사회적 차별금지법의 조속한 개정을 요구하는 정책적 제안을 할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the secondary data presented by the Korea Women s Policy Institute in the National Survey of Multicultural Families in 2015. The effects of social discrimination experiences of multicultural families on school violence crime have been examined through analysis of the double – mediated effect of depression and school adjustment and the moderating effect of social support. The results of this study are as follows. First, social discrimination which is caused bmulticultural group is regarded as an important factor causing tension or vulnerability, and it is set as an independent variable. After investigating depression and mediation of school adaptation, The results of this study are as follows. Also, it was verified whether the social support between depression and school adjustment was controlled. The results of the double mediation test showed that the experience of discrimination among multicultural family youths did not directly affect school violence crime but it indirectly affected school violence crime through depression and school adaptation. The moderating effect of the moderating effect showed that the moderating effect of social support was significant. Based on this, it was possible to make policy proposals requiring the reinforcement of school education, public consensus, and the amendment of the anti–social discrimination law to raise awareness of social discrimination.
