기적 이야기에 나타난 예수와 민중의 상호작용

  기적 이야기들에 대한 전통적인 해석들은 대체로 예수와 민중 사이의 주객 구도의 관계를 강조해 왔다. 예수는 항상 기적 수행자(중요한 존재)로 민중은 항상 수혜자(보조적 존재)로 나타난다. 이 해석에 대립하여 나타난 합리주의적 해석과 인간학적 해석에서는 수혜자의 상황에만 관심을 기울인 나머지 기적 수행자에 대한 관심을 접거나 기적 자체를 부정하는 결과를 가져왔다. 그러나 민중신학과 여성신학 그리고 구조주의적 해석 등에서 기적에 대한 새롭고 경계를 무너뜨리는 해석들을 볼 수 있다. 이 글에서는 그 대표자들로서 안병무, 히사코 키누카와, 크리스챤 스트레커의 해석들을 소개한다. 그리고 그들이 제시하는 관점에 힘입어서 마가복음서의 주요 기적 이야기들을 다루려고 한다. 특히 혈루증 앓는 여인 이야기(막 5:25-34)와 시로페니키아 여인 이야기(막 7:24-30)를 중심으로 하여 예수와 민중 사이의 주객구도를 극복하는 상호적 관계에 관심을 두려고 한다. 그리고 그밖의 기적 이야기들을 통해서 예수의 기적이 민중의 기적이며, ‘홀로’의 기적이 아니라‘더불어’의 기적임을 보여주고자 한다.

영문 초록

  The traditional interpretations of miracle stories generally have been focused on the relationship between Jesus and Minjung in perspective of subject and object. In this subject-object perspective Jesus is always described as a miracle worker(principal) and the healed as a beneficiary(auxiliary). Most rational and anthropological approaches which arose against these approaches concentrated on a situation of the beneficiary paying little attention to the miracle worker and miracle itself. Some new and barrier breaking approaches on miracle stories, however, could be found in the perspectives of Minjung theology, feminist theology and structuralist approaches. In this article we shall examine some perspectives of Ahn Byung-Mu, Hisako Kinukawa and Christian Strecker as such approaches. And in these perspectives we shall examine some important miracle stories of Mark. And we shall disclose the reciprocal interaction between Jesus and Minjung as overcoming subject-object perspectives, especially laying emphasis on the stories of the hemorrhaging woman(Mark 5:25-34) and syrophoenician woman(Mark 7:24-30). Then, I will examine some important motives of the miracle of Jesus as a miracle of ‘alone’but as a miracle of ‘being together’ through other miracle stories.
