국문 초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 관세 하에서의 기업 경쟁 양상과 소비자 잉여, 사회적 후생을 살펴보고, 공급사슬에서의 관세의 역할에 대한 새로운 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 논문구성/논리: 본고의 구성은 다음과 같다. 먼저 제1장에서는 본 연구의 목적을 개관 한다. 제2장에서는 관련 선행연구를 제시하고, 3장에서 모형 설정에 대하여 기술한다. 제4장에서는 본 연구의 내용을 요약 정리한다. 결과: 수출 기업의 존재는 관세의 영향으로 사회적 후생에 제한적으로 영향을 주고, 기업의 품질 개선 전략은 관세의 부정적 효과를 줄여주는 역할을 한다. 독창성/가치: 국가의 관세 정책과 공급 사슬의 연계성을 보여주면서, 관세의 기업 성과에의 영향을 품질 개선이라는 대응 전략으로 최소화시킬 수 있다는 점을 보여주면서, 경쟁과 산업 보호라는 측면에서 적절한 수준의 관세가 적용되어야 한다는 점에서 시사점이 있다.

영문 초록

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the pattern of corporate competition, consumer surplus, and social welfare under the role of tariff in the supply chain. Composition: The paper is organized as follows. In Section I, we outline the purpose of this paper. In Section II, we present a systematic review of literature. In Section III, we describe the model setting. Section IV summarizes the study and presents its conclusions. Findings: The presence of exporting companies has a limited effect on social welfare due to the effect of tariffs, and the quality improvement strategy of companies plays a role in reducing the negative effects of tariffs. Originality/Value: The study shows that the impact of tariffs on corporate performance can be minimized by implementing quality improvement strategies. The relationship between the customs policy and the supply chain of a country suggests that an appropriate level of tariff should be applied keeping in mind competition and industry protection.
