항공서비스전공 대학생의 전공 만족이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 항공서비스전공 대학생을 대상으로 전공만족, 취업준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로장벽의 조절효과를 분석하여 항공서비스 전공 대학생들의 취업준비행동에 있어 실효성 있는 자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 전국의 항공서비스전공 대학생을 대상으로 총 380부의 설문지를 배포하여, 이 중 응답내용이 불성실한 15부를 제외한 총 365부의 자료가 실증분석에 사용되었다. 연구방법은 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검정하였으며 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공 만족과 취업준비행동 간의 관계에서 전공만족의 구성요소인 교수관계만족, 사회인식만족은 예비적 취업행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교과수업만족과 사회인식만족은 적극적 취업준비행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공 만족과 취업준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로장벽은 예비적 취업행동과 적극적 취업행동에 모두 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 항공서비스전공자의 특성을 고려하여 교수관계와 교과수업 만족요인을 통해 취업준비행동을 높일 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 취업준비행동이 진로장벽과 같은 환경적 요인의 영향을 받는다는 결과는 긍정적이고 적극적인 취업준비행동을 실현시키기 위해서는 전공자의 특성을 고려한 진로지도, 정보 제공과 더불어 교과의 구성, 교수의 동기부여 및 정서적 유대감을 높이고 자신감을 고취시켜주는 것이 더욱 중요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the adjustment effect of career barriers in the relationship between the satisfaction of university students on their major in aviation services and their preparatory activities for employment. The analytical results are as follows: First, it was found that satisfaction on relationship with professors and satisfaction on social recognition impart positive (+) effects on preliminary employment activities and satisfaction on academic study and satisfaction on social recognition impart positive (+) effects on assertive preparatory activities for employment. Second, it was analyzed that the career barrier in the relationship between satisfaction on major and preparatory activities for employment has adjustment effects on both the preliminary employment activities and assertive preparatory activities for employment. These results imply that it is possible to enhance the preparatory activities for employment through the factors for satisfaction on relationship with professors and academic studies by considering the characteristics of those majoring in aviation service, and that it is very important to provide information, prepare an academic curriculum, elevate the emotional bond with professors and enhance their confidence in order to realize more affirmative and assertive preparatory activities for employment.
