영문 초록

The purpose of this study provides an effective public participation strategy and the way to community organizing of goyang community service center. Community organizing to enable business and then practiced several challenges need to go out. First, the community organizing for the continued study of the technique is needed. In addition to working at the level of social welfare at the level of social welfare organizations need a systematic training program. Second, the business community than an organization in order to advance social welfare practitioners, activists and community groups through a combination of the active participation of local residents to induce a variety of programs and shall strive to conduct business. Third, build the network of social welfare-related organizations are greatly needed. The main groups in the community organizational dimension and the social welfare and solidarity of the Jewish form of business development should seek to be made. Fourth, the local people combined with exercise and through changes in the perception of social welfare of the public based on the local social services should be secured. Fifth, the local ordinance enacted for the formation of the foundation of welfare policy dimensions, such as participating in the challenge and try to endeavor to create an institutional framework should be.
