국문 초록

본 연구는 산업화를 지나서 네트워크화 인공지능화 되고 있는 시대에서 요구하는 개인적, 사회적 혹은 기업의 미래지향적 가치는 그동안의 전통적인 부의 이동이나 유지,관리,부흥의 개념을 뒤로 한채 공동번영의 카테고리안에서 그 대안과 새로운 방향을 찾기에 여념이 없다. 초지능적인 발상으로 새로운 길이 발견되기도 하고 이어질 개연성이 부족했던 개념들이 사회적, 문화적, 경제적 공동의 함수를 바탕으로 또 다른 길을 모색하기도 한다. 기업과 personal 거버넌스도 가치와 이윤이 공유화되는 시대적 요구에 사회적인 공동의 생애관리가 필요하게 되었고 그에 따른 경제적, 사회적, 문화적 자본의 고찰과 관리의 방법들이 논의되고 있다. 우리나라 기업거버넌스의 성장과 승계, 경영 싸이클에서 볼 수 있듯이 작게는 내부적 도덕감에서부터 사회적, 문화적 유산자본으로서의 역할을 하는 공적 책임감의 귀감으로까지 그 의미와 여파는 가히 크다 할 수 있다. 이는 또한 개인의 자기생애 거버넌스의 근원과 미래지향적 고찰과 개선과도 깊이 연관이 되어있음을 인식하고 앞으로 생활경영을 계획할 필요가 있음을 알아야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Networking Beyond Industrialization The future-oriented values of individuals, societies, or corporations required in the age of being artificial intelligence are to find alternatives and new directions within the category of common prosperity, with the concept of traditional wealth movement, maintenance, management and revival. There is no doubt about it. Concepts that are found to be new in the way of super intelligent ideas and lacking in the possibility of continuity may find another way based on social, cultural and economic common functions. Corporate and personal governance also requires social and collective life management in order to share the value and profit, and discusses the ways of managing and managing economic, social and cultural capital. As can be seen from the growth, succession and management cycle of corporate governance in Korea, the significance and influence are small, from the internal morality to the sense of public responsibility as a social and cultural heritage capital. It is also necessary to recognize that it is deeply related to the origins of individual self-life governance and future-oriented considerations and improvements, and it is necessary to plan life management in the future.
