국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 항공사 승객의 개인 생활 패턴을 분석해보고, 관광지 선택 및 만족도에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 적절한 마케팅 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 실증연구를 위해 방한 중국인 관광객을 대상으로 설문지 253부로 요인분석, 신뢰도 및 타당성 검증과 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 요인분석과 신뢰성 분석을 통해 본 연구에 대한 타당도와 신뢰성은 입증되었다. 독립변수인 생활 패턴에서 추출된 3개 요인은 실용선호, 여가추구, 자아 중심으로 명명하였 다. 가설 1, 관광객 생활 패턴 중 실용선호와 자아 중심은 관광지 선택에 유의한 영향이 있었으나 여가추구는 관광지 선택에 유의한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 가설 1은 부분 채택되었다. 가설 2, 생활 패턴(실용선호, 여가추구, 자아중심) 3개 요인은 만족도에 모두 유의한 영향이 있으므로 모두 채택되었다. 가설 3, 방한 중국인 관광객의 관광지 선택은 만족 도에 유의한 영향을 나타냈으므로 가설은 채택되었다. 본 연구를 통해 항공사 승객의 개인 생활 패턴이 관광행동을 예측하는 유용한 지표가 되기 바란다.

영문 초록

This study, which analyzed patterns of life depending of airline passengers and examined the effect of patterns of life on destination choice and satisfaction, sought to suggest appropriate marketing strategy. For empirical research, it conducted factor analysis and regression analysis for 253 questionnaires collected from Chinese tourists visiting Korea. As a result of the analysis, the study was able to prove its validity and reliability by means of factor analysis and reliability analysis, and three drawn patterns of life were named as preference to practicality, leisure pursuit and egocentrism. In regard to Hypothesis 1, preference to practicality and egocentrism factors of patterns of life had a significant effect on destination choice, while leisure pursuit didn t have a significant effect on destination choice. Therefore, Hypothesis 1 was partly accepted. In regard to Hypothesis 2, all three factor of patterns of life had a significant effect on satisfaction and so were totally accepted. In regard to Hypothesis 3, destination choice of visiting Chinese tourists had a significant effect on satisfaction and the hypothesis was accepted. This study hopes patterns of life that took individual characteristics into consideration as such could turn out to be useful indications to predict tourist behaviour.
