국문 초록

본 연구는 스마트폰 이용자의 웹 소설 이용 동기를 파악하고, 수용특성인 인지된 용이성 및 유용성, 웹 소설 만족도, 그리고 웹 소설 지속이용의도의 관계를 규명하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 웹 소설 이용 동기인 자기확인 동기는 인지된 용이성에 통계적으로 유의한 부적 영향 을 미친 반면에 인지된 유용성에는 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 시간소비 동기와 대리경험 동기는 인지된 용이성과 인지된 유용성에 각각 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 인지된 용이성과 인지된 유용성은 모두 웹 소설 만족도에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인지된 용이성은 웹 소설 지속이용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였고, 인지된 유용성은 웹 소설 지속이용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 만족도는 지속이용의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of the persistence of web fictions in the smartphone users and to investigate the relationship between the perceived ease of use and usefulness of web fictions, The main results are as follows. First, self-awareness motive, which is a motive for using web novels, has statistically significant negative impact on perceived ease of use, but statistically significant statistical effect on perceived usefulness. Time consumption motive and substitute experience motivation were found to have statistically significant effects on perceived ease and perceived usefulness respectively. Second, both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a significant positive effect on web novel satisfaction. Third, perceived ease of use did not have statistically significant effects on the intention to use web novels, and perceived usefulness had a statistically significant effect on intention to use web novels. Fourth, Satisfaction has a statistically significant statistical effect on the intention of continuous use.
