국문 초록

현대 기업의 경쟁력은 공급사슬 경쟁력으로 대변되고 있다. 급변하는 시장 상황에 능동적으로 대응하기 위하여 중소기업의 자생적인 역량 강화가 절실하다. 또한, 상호 신뢰를 기반으로 대·중소기업, 중소기업 간 사회적 자본 형성 및 호혜적인 관계가 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한국 반도체 장비 산업의 1, 2차 공급기업 대상으로 상생협력과 핵심역량, 관계 자본이 어떻게 설명되는지, 구조방정식을 활용하여 모형과 가설을 확인하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 한국 반도체 장비산업의 대·중소기업, 기업 간 상생협력의 협력활동은 중소기업의 핵심역량을 통하여 관계 자본에 기여한다는 결론을 얻었다. 또한, 중소기업의 핵심 역량은 상생협력의 협력활동과 관계자본 사이에 매개 작용을 한다고 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 한국 반도체 장비산 업의 대·중소기업, 기업 간 상생협력의 공정한 거래는 관계 자본에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉, 기업 간 상생협력의 협력활동은 중소기업의 핵심역량을 통하여 관계 자본에 영향을 주고, 공정 거래는 관계 자본에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계 자본은 상생협력, 핵심역량과 중소기업 운영성과 사이의 매개 효과를 확인하였다.

영문 초록

Competitiveness of modern enterprises is represented by the competitiveness of supply chains. In order to actively respond to the rapidly changing market situation, it is imperative to strengthen the autonomous competence of SMEs. Also, based on mutual trust, it is important for SMEs to have a mutually beneficial relationship and to form social capital together with large enterprises or the other small-sized enterprises. Therefore, in this research, let s examine what are the core competences matched with the characteristics of SMEs as the first or second vendors in Korea s semiconductor equipment industry and what is the relationship between mutual cooperation and social capital. The model and the hypothesis were confirmed using the structural equation. Analysis results are summarized as follows. Firstly, we concluded that Win-Win cooperation between large and medium-sized enterprises in Korea s semiconductor equipment industry will contribute to the formation of social relationship capital through core competence of SMEs. In addition, the core competence of small and medium-sized enterprises are revealed that they will mediate between the cooperative activities and social relationship capital. Secondly, fair transactions of win-win cooperation with SMEs in the semiconductor equipment industry in Korea were found to have a direct impact on the formation of social relationship capital. In other words, it was found that the Win-Win cooperation among companies have influence on social relationship capital through the core competence of SMEs and fair trade has a direct impact on the social relationship capital. Lastly, social relationship capital has been confirmed as the mediating effect between cooperative activities, fair transactions, and SME management performance.
