영문 초록

The purpose of this study is aim to revitalize commercal streets of center business dictrict. The decline of center has been progressed slowly over a long time. It functioned well before by the decline. To reboot the declined area, we need to face the situation. Actual situation surveys should be conducted to determine the most effective solution. Also It needs a systematic activation method. These measures should be seen from the perspective of local residents and it needs a long-term perspective. This study sets up 5 attributes to activate the target area. The first is accessibility. It means everyone should be able to come here easily. Secondly, diversity, that is, various factors must be provided. The third is convenience. Roads and various elements of the building should provide convenience. Fourth is safety. It means people can stay here in peace. The last is persistence. Activation must be sustained. Physical indicators to realize these are extracted and concreate activation plan is suggested.
