영문 초록

Today, municipalities are making a lot of effort to revatalize the declining urban cores. In order to activate a commercial center, accessibility must be considered for people to find it first. The subject area of this study is Jinju city, where narrow road and many buildings has been concentrated. When people come here, they usually use both public and individual transportation. The area is currently lacking of parking lots, which causes bad accessibility. It also defects the center activation. Therefore, solving parking lots for individusl transportation could be essential. The subject area is already overcrowed. So making parking lot is not option. Small parking area distributed in many places makes supply of parking lots difficult. It is efficient way to build mechinicial parking buildings in a small space. The purpose of this study is to help revatalize the center of city by studying how to arrange, locate, and scale parking lot.
