미래노인의 성공적 노후에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 중년을 대상으로 성공적 노후에 미치는 요인을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 사이버대학에서 2008년 5월에서 6월까지 장년기에 해당되는 대학생을 대상으로 571개의 자료를 수집하여, SPSS 21.0을 사용하여, 기술통계, Pearson 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 성공적 노후의 척도를 활용하여 각 영역별 성공적 노후의 중요성에 따른 장년층의 인구사회학적 특성, 가족관계, 그리고 노후준비 정도가 성공적 노후에 미치는 영향요인을 살펴보았는데 연구결과 먼저, 여유롭고 활동적인 삶의 영향요인은 성별(b=-.094, p<.05), 자녀관계 만족도(b=.066, p<.05), 노후기대(b=.109, p<.001)만이 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 건강하고 독립적인 삶의 영향요인은 주관적 사회경제상태(b=.060, p<.05)와 주관적 건강상태(b=.069, p<.05), 그리고 노후기대(b=.052, p<.05)만이 통계적으로 유의미하였고. 셋째, ‘변화의 수용과 정갈한 삶’의 영향요인은 성별(b=-.145, p<.01), 주관적 건강상태(b=-.020, p<.05), 자녀관계 만족도(b=.078, p<.05)노후기대(b=.102, p<.001), 노후 경제 준비(b=-.089, p<.01), 노후 활동 준비(b=.068, p<.05) 등이 유의미하였다. 마지막으로 성공적 노후 전체의 영향요인은 자녀관계 만족도(b=.060, p<.05)와 노후기대(b=.088 p<.001)만이 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study was to identify the variables that influence successful aging for middle-aged people. A survey was conducted from May to June 2014, and 571 survey responses were used for the analysis. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearrson correlation, and multiple regression. The research findings can be summarized as follows. First, the significant predictors of the rich and active life of middle-aged people were found to be sex (b=-.094, p<.05), parent-child relationship (b=.066, p<.05), and expectations of elderly life (b=.109, p<.001). Second, the significant predictors of the healthy and independent life of middle-aged people were found to be the subjective recognition on socioeconomic condition (b=.060, p<.05), subjective health status (b=.069, p<.05), and expectations of elderly life (b=.052, p<.05). Third, the significant predictors of the acceptance and neat life of middle-aged people were sex (b=-.145, p<.01), subjective health status (b=-.020, p<.05), parent-child relationship (b=.078, p<.05) expectations of elderly life (b=.102, p<.001), preparations for the economic elderly condition (b=-.089, p<.01), and preparations for an active elderly condition (b=.068, p<.05). Finally, the significant predictors of total successful aging of middle-aged people were found to be the parent-child relationship (b=.060, p<.05) and the expectations of elderly life (b=.088 p<.001).
