국문 초록

본 연구는 부동산산업의 현황과 전망, 문제점과 정책변화 등을 살펴보고 미래 환경변화에 선제적으로 대응할 수 있도록 부동산산업의 육성을 위한 정책방향을 제시하는 등 부동산산업의 위상을 제고하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 부동산산업관련 선행연구의 문헌조사와 관련 법령 및 유사 제도 등을 검토하며, 인터넷과 문헌조사 등을 통한 부동산산업의 국제비교 등을 통한 시사점 등을 모색하여 정책 방향을 제시한다. 그 연구결과 첫째는 부동산종합서비스 체계의 기반을 조성하는 것이다. 둘째는 부동 산금융의 선도산업을 육성하는 것이다. 셋째는 미래형 부동산 신사업을 발굴하고 지원하는 것이다. 넷째는 부동산 정보공개의 확대 및 연계를 강화하는 것이다. 다섯째는 부동산산업 자격의 관리체계를 구축하는 것이다. 여섯째는 부동산산업 분류체계의 개선이다. 일곱째는 부동산산업의 융복합을 모색하고 지원하는 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to improve the status of the real estate industry by presenting policy directions for the development of the real estate industry so that the current situation and prospects of the real estate industry, problems and policy changes, have. This study examines the literature survey of the previous studies related to the real estate industry, examines related laws and similar systems, and suggests policy directions by searching for implications through international comparison of real estate industry through Internet and literature survey. The first result is the foundation of a comprehensive real estate service system. The second is to nurture leading industries in real estate finance. The third is to identify and support future new real estate businesses. The fourth is to strengthen the expansion and linkage of the disclosure of real estate information. The fifth is to establish a management system for the real estate industry qualifications. The sixth is improvement of classification system of real estate industry. The seventh is to seek and support the fusion of the real estate industry.
