역사인물 唐寅의 서사변천과 현대적 수용 고찰

국문 초록

본고는 중국 문학교육 방법에 대한 그간의 논의와 다양한 강의콘텐츠 계발에 대한 필요성에 대한 인식에 부응한 試論적 성격의 글이다. 필자는 명대 인물 ‘唐寅’을 소재로 한 諸 문헌들을 고찰함으로써 중국 敍事문학과 小說의 상관관계에 대한 계통적 흐름을 먼저 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 삼언 소설 중 ‘唐寅’을 소재로 한 <唐解元一笑姻緣>(《警世通言》 제26권)을 중심 텍스트로 삼고, 그와 관련 있는 諸 문헌들과의 상관관계를 비교ㆍ분석함으로써 중국 서사문학의 발전과정에 대해 고찰하였다. 또한 현대에 이르러 당인을 소재로 제작된 다양한 문화콘텐츠에서 당인이라는 역사인물이 점차 허구화되어 문학과 문화콘텐츠의 핵심어로 발전해온 변천과정을 고찰함으로써, 현대에 이르기까지 당인이 중국 대중들에게 사랑받는 動因을 ‘희극’과 ‘풍류’라는 두 가지 측면에서 고찰하였다. 중국소설 연구의 다양성은 문학적 가치와 작품성에 국한되기 보다는 정치ㆍ경제ㆍ철학ㆍ종교ㆍ문화ㆍ사회와 같은 다층적이고 다각적인 영역과의 상관관계를 스토리텔링으로 풀어냄으로써 확보되고, 또한 오늘날의 급변하는 교육환경에 다양한 자양분을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 본고는 이러한 중국소설 연구의 향후 방향성에 대한 고민의 결과물이며, 첨부한 부록을 통해 교육현장에서 직접 활용할 수 있는 실용적 측면까지 고려하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

This study is a writing of a trial nature being complied with recognition for a necessity of discussions having been made so far and development of diversified lecture contents regarding Chinese literary education. The writer intended to first observe systematic flow for a correlation between Chinese narrative literature and novel by considering general literatures based on ‘Dang-in’ who was a character during Ming Dynasty. For this objective, developmental process of Chinese narrative literature was considered by comparatively analyzing a correlation with general literatures based on Jing-Shi-Tong-Yan (26 Vols.) of which subject matter is ‘Dang-in’ among San-Yan novels. In addition, a drive of ‘Tang-in’ being loved by Chinese general public up to the present time was considered in two aspects including ‘comidy’ and ‘Poong-Ryu’ by considering transition process of ‘Tang-in’, a historic character, having been developed as key word of literature and cultural contents as it was gradually fabricated in diversified cultural contents being produced based on Tang-in. Diversity of Chinese novel study is secured by narrating correlation with multi-layered, multilateral areas such as politics, economy, philosophy, religion, culture, society by story-telling, rather than limiting it to literary, artistic value and additionally, it could provide rapidly changing current educational environment with diversified nutrients. This study is a result of painstaking reviewing future direction of Chinese novel study and through attached annex, a practical application possibility of being able to be directly utilized in education setting was also considered.
