국문 초록

우리가 살아가는 공간을 어떠한 철학과 방법으로 정의하고 만들어가는 것이 나와 이웃 그리고 우리들의 후손들에게 가장 이상적인 환경을 제공할 수 있는 최선의 방법인가? 어메니티는 인간의 현실적인 삶의 문제에 있어 최선의 해결책을 제공하는 가장 기초적인 구성요소이다. 따라서 현대 도시문화의 어메니티 실태를 파악하고, 올바른 도시재생과 어메니티정책의 방향성을 제시하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이라고 할 수 있을것이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 전문가들을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰(in-depth interview)와 설문조사기법(Survey technique)을 사용하여 어메니티관점에서의 〈한강르네상스프로젝트〉를 분석하였다. 이를 통해 어메니티정책의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안과 어메니티 향상을 위해 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고 도시재생을 위한 어메니티정책의 방향성을 제시하기 위한 준거의 틀을 마련하고자 한다.

영문 초록

What are the best philosophy and method of defining and creating our everyday life space in order to provide the most ideal environment to us, neighbors and the next generation? The amenity is the most basic component to provide the best strategy of settling down the actual life problem of human beings. Therefore, it seems to be very important to find out the current status of amenity in modern urban culture and then present the directivity of urban regeneration and amenity policy. In this study, the investigator carried out in-depth interview and questionnaire survey of specialists to examine Hangang Renaissance Project from the aspect of amenity. This study was initiated to examine the strategy of enhancing the efficiency of amenity policy and the basic data for the improvement of amenity itself and then establish the frame of criteria to present the directivity of amenity policy for urban regeneration.
