Social and cultural desires stemming from diversification and the situation of unlimited competition are becoming extremely varied, and in the midst of the spread across the overall social education environment, art museum education programs are also becoming relatively diverse. In the current move towards globalization, art museums are showing a strong will to overcome the sense of alienation between art museums and their users. However, in actual fact, we see tendencies of education program planning and operations taking a micro approach that is irrelevant to the established direction. Specifically, art museum education programs targeting youths are extremely dull. For this study it is an important starting point that demonstrative examination, analysis and research is done through a subject study on what effects education programs have on educational effectiveness, and lead on to abundant alternatives and activation of education programs. In this context, this study will demonstratively analyze, through actual experience, the effects of the Moran Museum of Art on education effectiveness and learning satisfaction with the participating youths of Moran Museum of Art School as subjects, and to analyze and evaluate the characteristics and composing factors of art museum education programs. Firstly, the study’s approach was based on inquiries into precedent studies, and through interviews and observations the composing factors of Moran Museum of Art were extracted by which a survey was drawn up. A total of 108 people participated in the survey from July 27, 2006 until September 23 of the same year. Once the data was obtained from the survey, analysis was conducted using the SPSS 11.5 and AMOS 4.01 analysis programs. The composing factors of the art museum education programs, placeness were confirmed to have an effect on the education effectiveness factor, and the reliability were confirmed to have significant effects on learning satisfaction. Furthermore, a composing factor of the art museum education programs, the quality of outcome factor, was confirmed to commonly have significant effects on education effectiveness and learning satisfaction. Consequently, knowing the environmental factors of Museum of Art can become a basis for its utilization in the development of proper art museum education programs. This study minutely analyzed and proposed the influence of factors other than education effectiveness and learning satisfaction in art museum education programs. I do not believe that today, the social function and factors that need to be possessed by art museums necessarily have to be something grand. Of the major functions of art museums, it can be seen as a type of neural network with unlimited connections in all directions. With this neural network, it is hoped that actual art museum operations will be actively researched and executedthrough the many functions of the art museums and correlations between these functions.
