영문 초록

Enliterut campaign in Daegu was spread out in eamest since the 42nd binary tenn of the sexagenary cle treaty(Eulsajoyak). It had been developed without any occurrence of the riteous my movernt and was related vith centr， ei1tment campaign with reonal own identity. Institutions for enli1tenrnent campaign such as Deagugwanunsa and Deagugwanlakhoi and others were established autogenously in agu. Among lel1， egugwangmunsa regarded promoting education as the main Fπogram. Following this program, DaegugwanlUnsa installed People Representatives Station and was eager to build schools with close cooperation with a government office. α1 this process, Confudan scholar was mnly charged in school eration or education and the wealthy played a role as finandal supporters to operate schools. In addition, Partidpants, along with Daegug‘vangmunsa raised up the campaign of the national debts redemption to solve 1e standing out issue at the extent of all over the country at that tirne. At the year of 1908, enli1tenment campaign groups in Daegu established Daehan Association Daegu Regional Association, which was an llightenment group representing Daegu. It seems not to be characterized as a political movement or party being different from central groups. The main participants can be class표ied as Confucian scholars and the wealthy. Most of both classes, however, have economical basis. They accumulated wealth during their government officer life and through landowner management. also continued to accumulate wealth by taking advantage in the process of economic structure reorganization from apan at the age of late Dahan Empire(the last yes of the Chosun ansη). For ts reason, it was difficult for Daehan Association Daegu Regional Association to take opposition action against Japan and its activity for industry development came to confine just to rallying words by inclining toward private fund activity. main activiη course of Daeh Association Daegu Reonal Association, therefore, was promoting education. It expanded its positive actity to build and operate schools. And it also came into relation with other enlitenment campaign groups. Especily it played a centripetal role among enliltenment campaign groups. The Main group of Daegu regional enliltenment campaign, turned its interests to promoting the realistic politicald economical interests and instead of restoration of national sovereignty ter Korea tumbled down as Japanese colony.
