블록체인 시스템 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 - 물류기업을 중심으로 -

국문 초록

세계 경제포럼에서 회자된 “4차 혁명시대”에 신기술을 이해하고 응용하여 물류기업들이 새로운 가치를 창출해 내야 하는 시대에 있다. 블록체인 기술이 혁신 기술로서 주목 받고 있는 시점에서 물류산업 적용 및 기술수용에 대한 학문적 접근이 부족한 상황이다. 단지, 해운물류의 컨테이너 운송과 관련하여 시범 운영하는 정도이다. 따라서 본 연구는 블록체인 기술수용의도에 미치는 요인에 대하여 실증적인 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 기술수용모델(TAM : Technology Acceptance Model)을 기반으로 블록체인 기술의 특성을 3가지(가용성, 다양성, 경제성)를 독립변수로 구성하였다. 그리고 지각된 용이성과, 지각된 유용성을 매개 변수로 하였고 종속변수는 수용의도로 연구모형을 설계하였다. 구조방정식을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 가용성, 다양성, 경제성은 모두 지각된 유용성을 통하여 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 지각된 용이성을 통하여 수용의도에 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 가용성과 다양성은 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성을 통하여 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 경제성은 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 수용의도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인으로 다양성만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 가용성과 경제성은 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 블록체인의 기술을 물류기업에 도입하기 위해 블록체인의 특성을 이해하고 해당 특성과의 수용의도와의 관계를 실증분석 했다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

영문 초록

Facing the era of the “Fourth Revolution” which was discussed at the World Economic Forum, we are in an era when logistics companies need to create new value by understanding and applying new technologies. However, there has not been a case study on the application of logistics industry and the acceptance of the technology at a time when the block chain is attracting attention as an innovation technology. And the research is limited to the pilot test in relation to the transportation of containers in shipping logistics. Therefore, this study intends to conduct an empirical study on the factors affecting the acceptance of the block chain technology. For this purpose, the characteristics of the block chain technology has been categorized as availability, diversity, and economy as independent variables based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) . And then designed the study model to accommodate perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness as parameters, intention of acceptance as a dependent variable. As a result of analysis using structural equation, availability, diversity, and economy all affected intention of acceptance through perceived usefulness, but did not affect intention of acceptance through perceived ease of use. Also, availability and diversity were found to affect intention of acceptance through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, but economy did not. The only factor that directly influence to intention of acceptance is diversity, and availability and economy have no direct effect. This study has its meaning for understanding the characteristic of the block-chain, which would be introduced in logistic companies, and analyzing the relation between their characteristics and the acceptance of intention.
