국문 초록

청년 실업률이 최악의 수준에 이르고 있고, 전 세계적으로는 4차 산업혁명 시대로 인해 일자리에 대한 위협이 도래될 것을 암시하고 있다. 그래서 정부가 독립부처로 중소벤처기업부를 승격시키고, 4차 산업혁명 시대의 주요한 정책방향으로 기술창업에 대한 중요성을 언급하면서 관심과 기대가 모아지고 있다. 급선무는 기술창업의 성과를 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색해서 고용문제를 해결하는 것이다. Creating Innovator 저자 토니와그너는 미래성장 동력은 혁신에 있고, 혁신적인 인재를 양성하는 것이 가장 중요 하다고 하였다. 본 연구는 기술창업 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위해 1년 이상 5년 이내의 기술창업을 한 창업가를 대상으로 실시하였다. 창업가 역량과 창업교육에 대한 선행연구를 토대로 기술창업 활성화 방안을 모색하여 혁신적이고 창의적인 융합적 인재 양성을 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로 창업교육에 따른 조절효과 분석을 통해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석을 통해 도출한 결과는 조금이나마 향후 4차 산업혁명 시대에 빚어지게 될 고용문제를 해결하는데 일조한다는 점에서 의미가 있다고 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The youth unemployment rate has recently reached its worst level, implying that the 4th industrial revolution will bring a worldwide threat to jobs. Thus Small and Medium Business Administration has been promoted to the Ministry of SMEs and Startups as an independent ministry, which clearly shows the government s interests and expectations in technology start-ups. The government has emphasized the importance of the technology start-ups as a main policy direction for the 4th industrial revolution. The urgent priority should be of how to efficiently enhance the performance of technology start-ups in order to solve a serious employment problem. Tony Wagner, an author of Creating Innovator, has mentioned that future growth engines are in innovation, and fostering innovative talent is so crucial. The study was aimed at the technology-based entrepreneurs starting within 1~5 years to seek for the ways of vitalization of the technology start-ups. Based on the preceding research on entrepreneur s competence and start-up education, the author has sought to suggest some ideas to foster innovative and creative talent by finding how to vitalize the technology start-ups.
