국문 초록

본 연구는 중소ㆍ벤처기업의 창업을 활성화하여 경제성장의 저변을 확대하고자 하는 중소기업청의 창업컨설팅지원제도에 대한 현황을 분석하고, 창업컨설팅 성공사례기업을 대상으로 창업컨설팅의 효과를 분석하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 창업컨설팅을 실시한 2개의 사례기업을 중심으로 사례기업의 현황, 특징과 컨설팅의 내용과 추진결과를 바탕으로 창업컨설팅의 효과를 분석하였다. 사례분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사례기업의 창업초기의 경영애로사항을 창업컨설팅과 지속적인 자문으로 극복할 수 있었던 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 창업컨설팅에 의해 창업한 기업은 지속적인 사후관리가 필요하다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 사례기업의 컨설팅 성과를 분석한 결과 성장성과 수익성 및 원가절감 등에서 효과가 나타나 경쟁력을 갖추어 안정적인 성장을 할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 중소ㆍ벤처기업은 대기업에 비하여 부족한 자금력과 인력을 가지고 있으므로 창업의 성공률을 높이기 위해 창업초기부터 성장단계에 이러는 단계별 컨설팅이 필요한 것으로 향후 정부의 지속적인 지원이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

This paper examines the present state of supporting system for entrepreneurship consulting on small and venture business supported by Small and Medium Business Administration in order to revitalize the inauguration of an enterprise and to expand the fundamentals of economic growth. And, this paper investigates the effects of supporting system for entrepreneurship consulting using successfully inaugurated enterprise’s data. To accomplish the objectives of the paper, this paper analyze the promotion effect of entrepreneurship consulting using two successfully inaugurated enterprise’s data including the present state and characteristics of case firms, and the contents and promotion results of entrepreneurship consulting. The results of case study reveal as follows. First, the case firms overcome all difficulties at start-up business period through entrepreneurship consulting and continuous management advice. This means that successfully inaugurated enterprise through entrepreneurship consulting needs continuous support and control. Second, as a result of entrepreneurship consulting, the case firms reveal the effects in some areas, as growth, profitability and cost reduction, thus, they experience stable growth with competitive business advantage. As small and venture business have insufficient financing and man power rather than a large enterprise, to raise the probability of success in the inauguration of an enterprise, step by step consulting from start-up business period to a growth stage is needed, and the continuous supporting by government is necessary after start-up business period.
