영문 초록

The One Belt One Road Initiative is a development strategy proposed by China that focuses on connectivity and cooperation among Eurasian countries, primarily the People’s Republic of China, the land-based Silk Road Economic Belt and the oceangoing Maritime Silk Road. The strategy underlines China’s push to take a larger role in global affairs with a China-centered trading network. The initiative calls for the integration of the region into a cohesive economic area through building infrastructure, increasing cultural exchanges, and broadening trade. China needs to consider developing some strategies for the One Belt and One Road Initiative to be successful. First, China should strengthen regional policy communication in order to coordinate various national development strategies. Second, China needs to coordinate with other powers and relevant international organizations to create a secure and stable regional environment for the construction. Third, China should strengthen and broaden energy cooperation with the countries of the Middle East. China also needs to expand the cultural and educational exchanges to promote dialogues with other countries involved.
