국문 초록

본 연구는 초등학생이 지각한 사회적 지지, 학업적 자기효능감 및 학교생활적응이 학교행복감과 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 것이다. 초등학생 4, 5, 6학년 458명을 대상으로 검사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 438명의 자료가 분석에 포함되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver. 20.0을 이용하여 상관분석과 중다 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 사회적 지지, 학업적 자기효능감, 학교생활적응, 학교행복감, 학업성취도 간에는 정적 상관이 있다. 둘째, 사회적 지지의 하위요인 중 또래지지와 교사지지, 학업적 자기효능감의 하위요인 중 자기조절 효능감과 자신감, 학교생활적응의 하위요인인 담임교사, 교우관계, 학습활동, 학교규칙, 학교행사에 대한 적응이 학교행복감에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 사회적 지지의 하위요인 중 또래지지, 학업적 자기효능감의 하위요인 중 자기조절 효능감과 자신감, 학교생활적응의 하위요인 중 학교규칙에 대한 적응이 학업성취도에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 초등학생이 학교행복감을 느끼면서 학업성취도를 향상시키기 위 해서는 학교에서 규칙을 잘 준수하면서 또래의 끊임없는 지지와 친밀한 관계 형성 및 자기 자신에 대한 신념의 향상이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of social support, academic self-efficacy, school adjustment, and school happiness perceived by elementary school students on their academic achievement. For the purpose of this study, 438 elementary school students in Busan, who were on the forth, fifth, and sixth grades, were participated for this study. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis have been conducted to analyze research questions. using SPSS Ver. 20.0. The conclusions from results and discussion are as follows: First, there is a correlation between children’s academic achievement and following four factors: social support, academic self-efficacy, school adjustment and school happiness. Second, peer group’s support and teacher’s support in the sub-factors of social support, self-regulated efficacy and self-confidence in the sub-factors of academic self-efficacy, adaptation to classroom teacher and friendship and learning activities and school rules and school events in the sub-factors of adaptation to school life are the best explainable factors of school happiness. Third, peer group’s support in the sub-factors of social support, self-regulated efficacy and self-confidence in the sub-factors of academic self-efficacy, adaptation to school rules in the sub-factors of adaptation to school life are the best descriptions of the study achievement. Therefore, if the children want to feel to happy in school and improve study achievements in school, they need to observe school rules and receive peer group’s continuous support and build close friendship and improve self-confidence.
