국문 초록

본 연구는 스마트 디바이스를 기반으로 한 앱북 형태의 출판시장이 확대됨에 따라 앱북 유형에 따른 효율적 제작방향과 그 표현 영역의 확대를 목적으로 새로운 접근법으로서의 어포던스 디자인 적용과 그 지향점을 제시하고자 하였다. 이 에 스마트 환경에 따른 출판의 변화와 앱북을 이해하기 위한 기초연구와 어포던스 이론에 대한 고찰 및 어포던스 디자인 측면의 접근을 통 해 본 연구의 필요성을 확인하고, 사용자 중심 디자인 관점에서 확인한 어포던스 요인들을 토대로 앱북 유형에 따른 성공적인 디자인과 제작 방법론을 제시하고자 하였다. 결론적으로 사용자 중심의 어포던스 디자인을 적용한 앱북의 구현은 독자(사용자)에게 보다 큰 재미와 흥미를 제공함으로써 소비자의 니즈와 유저빌리티 측면에서도 앱북 디자인 및 제작에 반영되어야 할 필수적인 조건이라 하겠다.

영문 초록

Following expansion of AppBook publishing market based on smart devices, this study was conducted to present how to apply affordance design and effective directions of production according to the types of AppBooks as a new approach and to expand its realm of expression. In this context, this study tried to confirm the necessity of basic studies on the change of publishing market following the spreading of smart environment and the understanding of AppBooks, as well as that of this study from the perspective of affordance theory and affordance design, and to present successful designs based on the type of AppBooks and the production methodology based on affordance factors confirmed from the viewpoint of user-oriented design. In conclusion, the implementation of AppBooks applying user-oriented affordance designs would be an essential factor to be reflected in design and production of AppBooks in terms of needs and usability of consumers to provide more fun and interest to readers(users).
