영문 초록

Computer-Aided Facility Management System aids to performing automatically the functions of facility management such as long-range and annual facility planning, facility financial forecasting and budgeting, real estate acquisition and disposal, interior space planning and management, workplace specifications, furniture and equipment installation, maintenanceand operations management etc. Domestic CAFM market begin to expand because large enterprises and organizations have a growing interest in the valuation of their assets. The value of building as representative tangible assets is bestowed with the performance of its integrated system composed of various type of subsystem. In this aspect of domestic situation, it is needed to be defined the principal concepts related to the function of CAFM systems and building performance evaluation. The research on the building code and standard as criteria for evaluation will be need to systemize integrated building performance evaluation. It will be needed to accumulate evaluation data of subsystems by CAFM System. It is to be desired that these researches and practices are performed by an educational-industrial complex to minimize trial and error in the CAFM market.
