영문 초록

The Purpose of this study is to activate income approach method for appraising office building with opening real estate market to foreign investment and introducing securitization of real estate into Korean real estate market. The real estate indicators based on objective and actual information should be established to support this kind of work. Therefore, we made a study of the contents, measures, and criteria which are component of income & rental index for real estate. Indeed, we had reserched and made cost-income & yield analysis of the office building located within Seoul.
