영문 초록

Building Renovation works are a emerging enterprise with which we are able to cope with thecurrent economic crisis and ever-changing structure of construction industry, in an active manner.Building Renovation works have various growth factors such are increase of room-out buildingstock, paradigm shift for global environment, alteration of social requirements, pursuit of maximumbenefit by low-cost with high-efficiency, deregulation and reinforcing supports. Building Renovationis expected to make a major field accounting for more than 20 % of investment of constructionindustry There are several prerequisites must be satisfied, for a success in the field of BuildingRenovation works, working through the keen competition. They include research and development offeasibility study methodology, investigation/diagnosis/evaluation technique, new technologies and newengineering methods and renovation products, for a construction work.
