영문 초록

Due to corrosion problems on metals, anticorrosive shrink film is mainly used for transport and storage packing of metallic materials and compartments. and its demand is increasing. It contains vapor corrosion inhibitor such as sodium nitrite, ammonium benzoate, DICHAN(dicyclohexylamine nitrite) and etc. Corrosion inhibitors as additives protect metal parts from corrosion, and were synthesized with polymer. Its functional film is expensive, but its demand is increasing. However, there is no domestic products, and all products are imported from United States and etc. In this research, therefore, imported masterbatch(MB) was analyzed by infrared spectroscopic analysis(ART-FTIR), thermogravimetric anlaysis(TGA), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), X-ray diffraction analysis(XRF) and scanning electron rnicroscopy(SEM). We also analyzed the mechanical and anticorrosive properties of the anticorrosive shrink film. As a result, the polymer was analysed to be poly ethylene vinyl acetate, and applied inorganic substances were sodium benzoate and sodium nitrite Also, the mechanical and anticorrosive properties of films sbowed superior results.
