국문 초록

기존 변이할당모형 성장요인 분해는 2 계층지역 분석에 국한되어 있기 때문에 우리나라의 계층지역인 전국-광역자치단체-기초자치단체의 경제적 분석에서 계층별로 정확한 산업 성장성을 식별하기 어려웠다. 2 계층지역 모형을 적용하면 광역자치단체의 산업특성이 사상되거나 광역자치단체와 기초자치단체의 산업성장이 혼합되어 지역의 특수성을 평가하는데 어려움이 발생하기 때문이다. 기존모형을 3 계층지역 변이할당모형 모형으로 확장하고 우리나라 전국 고용성장, 광역자치단체 고용성장(지역성), 기초자치단체 고용성장(국지성)을 분석하였다. 3 계층지역 실증분석에서는 폐광지역을 대상으로 연구하였는바 첫째, 제조업 및 전기가스수도업에서는 광역자치단체의 산업특성을 식별함으로써 광역자치단체와 기초자치단체의 이질적인 산업특성을 파악할 수 있었다. 둘째, 강원도 서비스업은 침체되고 있는데 정선군 서비스업은 성장하는 경향 등 광역자치단체와 기초자치단체의 상반되는 산업성장경로를 식별할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The established shift-share analysis can not apply for identifying the regional employment growth of Korean case of which regions are divided by <3 hierarchical region> like nation ∼ Metropolitan City and Do ∼ City and Gun, because the model is suitable for the analysis of the industrial growth rate of <2 hierarchical region> study. Thereby the industrial growth path of the Metropolitan City and Do can not be identified or the specific natures of industries of the Metropolitan City and Do are mixed with the characteristics of industries of the City and Gun. Extending the basic shift-share into <3 hierarchical region> model, the different growth paths of the industries of Metropolitan City and Do and the industries of the City and Gun can be isolated. Based on the results, the regionality (the industrial growth of the Metropolitan City and Do) and locality (the industrial growth of the City and Gun) may be applied to sort industries that have comparative advantage within the City and Gun.
