예비유아교사의 효능감과 자아존중감 및 행복감 간의 관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 자아존중감과 행복감이 효능감과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 알아보기 위함이다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위한 연구문제는 첫째, 예비유아교사의 효능감과 자아존중감 간의 관계를 알아보는 것이며 둘째, 예비유아교사의 효능감과 행복감 간의 관계는 어떠한가를 조사하기 위함이다. 이를 위한 연구대상은 서울, 경기지역에 위치한 3년제 유아교육과에 재학 중인 250명의 예비유아교사이다. 이들을 대상으로 효능감 척도, 자아존중감 척도, 행복감 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 예비유아교사의 자아존중감과 행복감, 효능감과의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 pearson의 적률상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 각각의 영향력을 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 예비유아교사의 자아존중감과 행복감은 효능감과 관련이 있으며, 어느 정도 예측력을 지니고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 자아존중감의 하위요인 중 자기존중, 지도력과 인기 요인과 행복감의 하위요인 중 외적행복요인이 교사효능감을 의미 있게 예측하는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 이러한 연구 결과를 기초로 제한점 및 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-seteem, happiness and teacher efficacy of pre-service early childhood teacher. The following research questions are needed to execute this research. First is to identify the relationship between pre-service early childhood teacher s efficacy and self-esteem. Second is to study the relationship between early childhood teacher s efficacy and happiness. In order to investigate, this study conducted an questionnaire survey of 250 pre-service early childhood teacher at 3-year course college located in Seoul, Gyeonggi province. Three different inventories were utilized. One was a efficacy inventory that consisted of two domains and 25 items, and another was a self-esteem inventory that consisted of four domains and 25 items. The third was a happiness inventory composed of three domains and 21 items. The collected data were analyzed by Pearson s correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 program. The results were as follows. self-esteem, happiness showed the relationship with a teacher efficacy of pre-service early childhood teacher, and revealed that self-esteem, happiness to some extent to predict a teacher efficacy of pre-service early childhood teacher. As for the predictability of subfactors, the efficacy of pre-service early childhood teacher was most affected by self-respect , leadership and popularity and external happiness among the subfactors of self-esteem and happiness.
