The focus of this study is to try to group for the effective advancement scheme of Korean firms toward the Chineses commodity consumption market by analyzing and understanding the present situation, the new direction and folw and prospect of change in Chinese consumption market. In fact, that the foreign enterprises unfold the successful sales activity by advancing toward the domestic demand market of consumption products in China now lies in the difficult situation rather than being employed in the production activity by investing in the manufacturing industry still by attracting the foreign capital and is showing very discreet attitude about the advancement of foreign country toward the consumption market in China, as for the fact that the foreign businesses acquire the management right of domestic sales of China. According as the 2nd consumption revolution is called, for the full-scale advancement of our firms toward the consumption market of China Which is showing the expansion of market scale, the high-class tendency of consumption pattern and aspect, the diverse advancement schemes such as the co-operation with the greater China which is skillful for onsite situation, namely, Chinese merchant etc, will have to be examed. Through the advancement of Korean firms toward China is increasing rapidly, the case that it IS performed by aiming at the production of export commodity of the 3rd nation to use the cheap labor and raw material of China is most still in the investment motive. So, in the future, we will have to expand and convert into the investment about the high value added and the service fields etc. to sublate the labor which can be linked to Chinese domestic consumption market.
