국문 초록

본고는 기업가정신에 관한 기본 사상을 성경 속에서 찾아 재해석하고 그것이 창조경제에 어떤 시사점이 있는가에 대한 시사점을 제공한다. 기업가정신은 개인의 역량, 사회 및 문화적인 요인에 의하여 많은 영향을 받는다. 종교적인 가치관이 문화적 요인에 많은 영향을 끼친다고 보아, 기업가정신과 종교적 요인의 관계 분석하고, 창조경제와 어떤 관계가 있는지를 규명하였다. 본고에서는 기독교(개신교)적인 가치관이 어떻게 기업가정신에 영향을 끼치고 있는가에 관하여 분석하고 그 시사점을 제공한다. 베버의 가설을 기초로 하되, 성경 속에 나타난 기업가정신의 요소를 찾아 그것이 현대경제성장이론과 어떤 관계가 잇는가에 대하여 규명하고, 그 시사점을 제공한다. 특히 창조경제와혁신의 관계 차원에서 기업가정신과 창조경제에 시사하는 바를 제공한다.

영문 초록

This paper addresses the relationships and implications between entrepreneurship and bible. I reanalyze the entrepreneurship in term of the biblical perspective view and the inter-relationships between the entrepreneurship and the bible. According to the conventional wisdom of the entrepreneurship, there are several factors to represent the characteristics of the entrepreneurship such as risk taking, uncertainty, spirit of venture, innovation, alertness, audacity and no fear for failure. All these things are easily found in the bible. This paper analyzed what and how the biblical entrepreneurship factors influenced the national economy and business through investment and economic growth. The Weber hypothesis was employed that protestantism would promote the national economy. I developed further the Weber hypothesis by putting an addition more: endogenous growth theory was modified by adding the impact of the biblical entrepreneurship on the economic growth. The theoretical model was derived to apply to the empirical evidence. Due to unavailable of the proper data empirical evidence is not provided, which will be done in the near future.
