개념도 방법을 이용한 초등영재의 진로상담요구 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 개념도 연구법을 활용하여 초등영재학생들이 내적으로 인지하고 있는 진로에 대한 생각, 경험 그리고 진로상담 요구가 무엇인지 알아보고 어떤 것을 중요하게 여기는지 탐색하고자 하였다. 초등 영재학생들의 진로상담 요구를 알아보기 위해 개념도 연구법을 이용하여 S 대학교 영재교육원에 재원 중인 초등 6학년 영재학생 12명을 대상으로 진로상담 요구를 도출하였으며, 도출한 진로상담 요구를 충청도에서 영재교육을 받고 있는 100명의 초등 영재학생들에게 중요도 조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등 영재학생의 진로상담에 대한 요구를 파악한 결과 53개의 진술문이 산출되었다. 둘째, 53개의 진술문을 다차원척도법의 x,y좌표를 활용하여 위계적 군집분석을 실시한 결과 5개의 군집으로 분류되었으며, 이러한 결과를 토대로 초등영재학생들의 진로상담에 대한 개념도를 완성하였다. 본 연구를 통해 초등 영재학생들이 실제로 요구하는 진로상담의 내용을 파악하여 상담 현장이나 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate what kind of thinking, experience and career counseling needs of the elementary gifted students are perceived internally. In order to understand the career counseling needs of the elementary gifted students, 12 students in grade 6 who are financially supported by S university gifted education institute were invited to derive their career counseling needs. Using the derived career counseling request, And completed the conceptual diagram of career counseling for elementary gifted students. The results of the study are as follows. First, 53 elementary gifted students were asked about career counseling. Secondly, the analysis of hierarchical clusters using the x, y coordinates of 53 multivariate scales was used to classify the 53 statements into 5 clusters. Based on these results, the conceptual map of career counseling for elementary gifted students was completed. Suggested this study, it is thought that it will be useful as basic data of counseling field or program development by grasping the contents of career counseling that elementary school gifted students actually demand.
