국문 초록

정신분석학은 욕망에 대한 주체성과 타자성을 분석하는 학문으로, ‘욕망이 누구의 욕망이며, 주체인 우리들이 어떤 욕망을 어떻게 욕망해야 할 것인가’에 대한 방향성을 제시해준다. 같은 맥락에서 역사수업과 이를 실천하는 교사는 ‘욕망’과 ‘주체성’이라는 정신분석적 개념틀로 읽을 수 있는 정신분석적 독해의 텍스트가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 ‘교사-역사수업’을 정신분석 텍스트로 활용하여, 수업에 담긴 교사의 욕망에 대한 주체성을 정신분석적으로 살펴볼 것이다. 이는 역사수업을 하는 교사가 국가와 사회, 그리고 이데올로기라는 타자의 욕망을 욕망하는 주체에서 자신의 욕망을 포기하지 않으며 더 나은 욕망을 향유하는 주체로 거듭나야 함을 강조하는 것으로, 역사수업과 역사교육에 대한 교사 윤리의 방향성을 고민해보는 작업이다. 본고에서 제시하는 정신분석적 수업 비평의 개념적 틀은 ‘좋은 역사수업’에 대한 비판적이고 정치학적인 담론을 위한 개념틀로 활용될 수 있으며, 본고를 통해 ‘좋은 역사수업을 실천하기 위한 교사의 윤리적 자세’ 에 대한논의가 활발하게 이루어지기를 기대해본다.

영문 초록

The psychoanalysis is the study which analyzes the subjectivity and otherness on the desire and proposes the direction on ‘Which desire is owned by whom and how we desire which desire as the subject’. In the same context, a teacher who provides and implements the history instruction may become psychoanalytic reading text which may be read through the psychoanalytic conceptual framework called ‘Desire’ and ‘subjectivity’. The study utilizes the ‘Teacher - History instruction’ as the psychoanalytic text and investigates the subjectivity of the desire for the teacher based on the psychoanalytic method. The task means that a teacher does not abandon his or her desire as the subject who desires the desire of the other including the nation, society and ideology and emphasizes that the teacher shall be regenerated as the subject with the jouissance of better desire, considering the direction of the teaching ethics on the history instruction and history education. The conceptual framework of the criticism on the history instruction proposed by the paper may be utilized as the framework on the critical and political discussions on ‘Good history instruction’ and it is expected that the paper would contribute to active discussions on ‘Ethical aspect of the teacher to implement good history instruction’.
