영문 초록

This study estimates and evaluates R&D spillovers in Korea economy. The input-output ap-proach developed by Dietzenbacher and Los(2002) is used for the study, and the spillovers of agricultural R&D expenditure are analyzed in more detail. Both forward and backward multipliers are calculated and the contributions of R&D expenditures to the national economy are estimated. It is found that agricultural sector has a relatively high level of spillover effects in terms of both for-ward and backward linkages.
