자폐스펙트럼장애 영유아의 조기 선별 요인

국문 초록

만 1-3세 자폐스펙트럼장애 영유아 84명을 대상으로 부모의 자녀문제 인식시기, 주 호소 문제, 문제 인식한 사람과 초기 발달특성에 대해 알아보았다. 연구 대상자의 연령범위는 만 1-3세이며, 평균 연령은 34.4개월이고, 남아가 67명, 여아가 17명이다. 최초 문제 인식시기는 만 1세 이전은 28.3%, 13-18개월은 28.3%, 19-24개월은 26.6% 순이었고, 첫 진단 시기는 25-36개월 51.1%, 19-24개월 23.4%순으로 나타났다. 문제를 인식한 사람은 부모가 66.2%, 어린이집 및 유치원 교사가 15.4%이며, 문제인식이유는 언어발달지연 36.2%, 눈맞춤 안됨 27.6%이었다. 연구대상자 중 약 20%가량은 가족력이 보고되고, 감각처리 영역에 따라 8.5-63.8%가 감각처리 이상성이 보고되었다. 첫 진단명은 언어발달지연과 발달지연이 각각 28.1%였고, 자폐스펙트럼장애는 18.8%였다.

영문 초록

The subjects of this study included 84 young (one to three years) children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their parents. The children’s early developmental characteristics, major problems reported by the parents, time when the problems were first recognized, time of the initial diagnosis, and people who recognized the problems were examined. According to the findings, the first diagnosis was made between 25 and 36 months among 51.1% of the children and between 19 and 24 months among 23.4%. The people who first recognized the problems were parents among 66.2% of the children and teachers at kindergartens or daycare centers among 15.4%. The reason why the problems were recognized was delayed language development among 36.2% of the children and no eye contact among 27.6% of the children. about 20% of the children had family history and 8.5% to 63.8% of the childrenreported sensory processing problems depending on sensory processing domains. In terms of the initial recognition of the problems, 28.3% of the parents recognized the problems before age of one year, 28.3%between 13 to 18 months, and 26.6% between 19 and 24 months. The first diagnose was retarded language development and retarded development among 28.1% each and ASD among 18.8%.
