학습지 문제풀이 양식을 활용한 주거자립훈련이 지적장애인의 직장 출근준비기술에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 학습지 문제풀이 양식을 활용한 주거자립훈련이 지적장애인의 직장 출근준비기술에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 우편집중국에서 사무보조원으로 고용되어 직장생활을 유지하는 지적장애인 세 명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였으며, 실험 환경은 연구 대상들이 실제로 거주하고 있는 가정환경으로 구성하였다. 독립변인인 주거자립훈련에서는 문자언어와 시각적 이미지를 상호 병행하여 학습지 문제풀이 양식을 주된 원리와 방법으로 활용하였다. 그리고 이러한 학습지 문제풀이 양식은 연구 대상들이 중재의 전체 회기 동안 목표행동 수행에 대해 갖는 변화 경향성에 맞춰 효율적으로 학습할 수 있도록 촉진하기 위해 1～3양식과 같은 다중양식으로 구성되었다. 또한, 연구 대상들이 중재프로그램을 통해 습득하는 목표행동인 직장 출근준비기술은 근무복을 다리미로 다려 옷장에 걸어두는 행동기술로 조작적 정의되었다. 연구 대상들은 이러한 목표행동을 직장에서 퇴근한 이후 시점인 저녁 시간대에 수행하였으며, 중재프로그램을 제공받은 이후 목표행동에 대한 수행평가의 절차에 참여하였다. 연구 결과, 연구 대상들은 학습지 문제풀이를 활용한 주거자립훈련을 통해 직장 출근준비기술을 효과적으로 습득하고 유지 및 일반화를 한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of residential independence training using problem solving format of study materials on work preparation skill of individuals with intellectual disabilities. For this purpose, three individuals with intellectual disabilities maintaining work life as office assistants at mail centers were selected as subjects. The experimental environment was configured as home environment in which the subjects actually live. For residential independence training as an independent variable, written language and visual image were used together with problem solving format of study materials as the main principle and method. Also, in order to facilitate efficient learning of such problem solving format of study materials according to the changing tendency of the subjects about target behavior during the overall intervention period, the format consisted of multiple forms including forms 1～3. In addition, work preparation skill, the target behavior of the subjects acquired through the intervention program, was operationally defined as an act of ironing work uniforms and hanging them in a closet. The subjects performed such target behavior in the evening after returning home from work, and they participated in the procedure for performing the target behavior after receiving the intervention program. As a result of this study, the subjects were found to effectively acquire, maintain and generalize work preparation skill through residential independence training using problem solving format of study materials.
