국문 초록

본 연구는 2009년부터 2014년까지 8년간의 운수교통안전진단 결과를 이용하여 운수회사 내부요인이 사고에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하고 영향요인을 분석하여 사고를 예방하고 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 구조방정식 모형을 구축하여 각 변수간의 인과관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 수도권 버스업체를 대상으로 한 운수교통 일반안전진단 데이터를 이용하여 분석하였다. 진단항목은 운수안전관리 13개 항목, 교통사고지표 3개 항목, 자산회전율 2개 항목과 재무일반지표 3개 항목, 영업이익율 3개 항목으로 구분하여 각 변수간의 기여도를 분석하였다. 연구결과 각 변수의 교통사고지표에 대한 영향력은 운수안전관리가 .01, 매출액 및 유형자산 증가율 등은 - .01, 자산회전율과 재정일반은 .00으로 나타나 운수안전관리를 포함해서 자산의 회전율, 매출액 증가율과 같은 재무구조가 버스회사의 교통사고에 미치는 영향은 거의 동일함을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 각 중항목별 분석의 경우 운수안전관리에서는 안전관리대책 및 조직이 1.00, 운행기록 분석관리 .94, 사고예방대책 .90, 복리후생 .84의 순으로 나타나 버스회사의 교통사고를 줄이기 위해서 안전관리대책 및 조직이 중요한 것으로 판단되며 운행기록 분석관리와 사고예방대책 뿐만 아니라 복리후생이 13개 항목 중 4번째로 영향력이 있는 것으로 나타나 운전기사의 복리증진이 교통사고 감소와 관련이 깊은 것으로 나타났다. 매출액 및 유형자산 증가율에서는 매출액 증가율이 1.87, 매출액 영업이익율이 1.27로 나타났으며. 회전율에서는 총자산( .79)보다는 유형자산 회전율(1.00)이 더 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the internal factors of the company on the accident using the results of the transportation traffic safety diagnosis for the period from 2009 to 2014 and to analyze the influence factors to find ways to prevent and reduce accidents The structural equation model was constructed to understand causality between variables. For this purpose, the diagnostic items of traffic safety diagnosis are classified into general characteristics, safety management characteristics, driver management characteristics, operation management characteristics, automobile and auxiliary facility management characteristics, and financial management characteristics, Respectively. As a result of the study, a structural equation model is constructed which is divided into traffic safety management and financial management, focusing on driver management, safety management, and operation management characteristics. The interest and support of the traffic safety management of the transportation company and the financial soundness of the transportation company have an influence on the traffic safety evaluation index. Through the interest and support of the transportation company have an influence on the traffic safety evaluation index. Through the interest and support of the transportation company and systematic traffic safety management, It can be said that it can be lowered.
