국문 초록

파보 및 코로나 바이러스에 의한 전염병 발생 시 수의사의 신속한 원인체 판단은 치료 방향 결정에 지대한 영향을 미치게 된다. 그러나 현재 시중에서는 두 가지 바이러스에 대하여 개별적 진단키트를 적용함으로써 두 가지 바이러스를 효율적이고 신속하게 감별하지 못하여 죽주에게는 경제적 부담을 주고 수의사에게는 진단 저효율성을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 두 가지 바이러스에 대하여 민감도와 특이도가 우수하며 한 번의 검사로 정확히 감별진단 가능한 키트가 개발된다면 애완견 질병 진단키트 시장에 선도적 역할을 할 것으로 예상된다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 개에서 임상증상은 유사하나 치사율에 유의성을 가지는 파보 및 코로나 바이러스의 신속 정확한 감별진단 기술을 개발하고 개의 가검물에서 파보 및 코로나 바이러스의 감별진단율을 확정하여 민감도 95%，특이도 98%，재현성 100%의 진단키트를 생산하고자 하였다. 진단키트 조성물은 감별조건을 최적화하고 표준검체를 제조하여 제품의 품질을 검증한 후 시제품을 생산하고 제품화를 달성하였다.

영문 초록

Rapid diagnosis for etiology agent bv vetennanans has tag influence on determination of the treatment direction when infectious diseases occur caused by parvovirus and coronavirus. However, as using individual kits to each other virus in the field for diagnosis, it is neither rapid nor efficient and that’s not only a economic difficulty to owners of pets but also a burden with low efficient diagnosis to veterinarians. Accordingly, if a kit is developed which is possible that has very excellent result with only one test for sensitiveness and specification about both parvovirus and coronavirus, it will be a leader in the market of diagnosis kits to pet’s diseases. So, in this research, it was intended to develop a diagnosis technic that has a rapidity and accuracy to parvo and corona viruses which have different significance of lethality though they have similar clinical manifestation, and also intended to product the diagnosis kits that has 95% of sensitivity, 98% of specinaty and 100% of reproducibility to diagnosis decision rates. The constituent quality of diagnosis kits had been verified by production of standard specimen in best suitable differentiation condition, then accomplished manufacturing by producing a sample.
